Our Capstone was nearing its completion we just need a few more insights and a little more polishing. Teamwork and empathy towards each other definitely helps us to constantly progress with our project. Another factor is also the solidarity between our members and the fair share of works to ensure that no one gets left behind and every member have a part on our project.
Our academic responsibilities and personal life is probably the one slowing us down to finishing this project but as I said once we manage this through time management and communication in our group, this hindrance will be cleared.
Shout-out to Kubo 2, I have fun working with you guys. See you on the other end <333
We are now 75% closer to completing the Mickada Event, with only publications and a few dry runs left to ensure everything runs smoothly this week. Teamwork thrives when every member shares the same purpose—and for us, that means making Mickada Event: Map Your Career Journey a success! Through multiple brainstorming sessions and meetings, we’ve seen firsthand how open communication plays a crucial role in bringing our ideas to life. As we push through the final stretch, let’s continue working together!
Probably our academic responsibilities, many are in their exam week. This has definitely slowed our progress, but with teamwork, initiative, and smart time management, we can still pull it off. Teamwork isn’t just about dividing tasks—it’s about stepping up when someone needs help and making sure no one feels like they’re carrying the load alone.
Three of us actively contributed to formulating the questions, ensuring that we had meaningful and insightful ones for our Koach. Despite some delays, we stayed committed to completing this part of the process.
We faced challenges in booking a Koach, which took longer than expected. This delayed our progress, but we recently managed to secure a session, and we’re now focusing on maximizing our learning from it.
What’s working? Our teamwork and structured planning have been key in keeping us on track. Regular check-ins and clear communication help us stay aligned and accountable. We’ve also been learning from each other’s strengths, making the process smoother and more efficient. Seeing our progress come to life has been really motivating!
Where did we get stuck? Balancing different tasks while refining our ideas has been a challenge. Sometimes, unexpected roadblocks slow us down, whether it’s feedback revisions or time constraints. We’ve had to adjust our approach, stay flexible, and keep supporting each other to move forward. Despite the challenges, we’re committed to pushing through and making it to the finish line!
Our effective teamwork and organized approach have been vital in ensuring our progress. Consistent communication and check-ins keep us aligned and accountable, while leveraging each other’s strengths enhances our efficiency. Witnessing our developments has been a strong source of motivation for us!
Juggling academics and organization work while doing our assigned tasks has proven to be difficult. Unexpected obstacles, like feedback adjustments and time limits, have occasionally hindered our progress. Nonetheless, we’ve adapted, remained agile, and provided mutual support to advance. Despite the hurdles, we are dedicated to persevering and reaching our goal!
The end is just the beginning. The best is yet to come, Kubo 9!
Whats working for us is us being understanding of the busy schedule of each other. We were making progress by helping each other finish out tasks
I dont remember aby moment where we were stuck because everyone was responsible and responsive despite the busy schedules. Everyone did their parts and everyone shared their ideas on how to do our project and all.
What’s working?
Clear communication and collaboration have been helping us make progress. The Koaching session also gave us valuable insights, and applying them in the future can help improve how we approach leadership and teamwork.
Where did you get stuck?
Booking a Koach was a challenge with everyone’s schedules clashing, but we were able to make it work and find a time that fit us all. It’s also been hard to check in on our progress as often as we’d like due to academic and personal responsibilities piling up, but we’re managing to keep things moving.
1. What’s working? What’s helping us make progress toward our goals?
As of the moment, we’re progressing well, and are currently in the middle of doing/sending out the pubmats, finalizing the script, andd acquiring a speaker/coach! As the live event is nearing, I feel like our group had to step up on our communication and teamwork to, as much as possible, make the event a success. So, hopefully we keep pushing forward for just a few more days!
2. Where did you get stuck? What’s blocking us from achieving our goals?
To me, it’s definitely time and availability. All of us in the group are students with other commitments to attend to and it’s totally understandable. Because there are times where our times don’t really meet & it gets hard to communicate with each other, but in the end we were able to get everyone on the same page, and now it’s really just communicating and doing the best we can for these next few days of preparation & the actually day of the event/podcast!
Constant communication and teamwork are the things that are making us progress and achieve our goals. With these, our team was able to accomplish the tasks we need to do for the completion of our project.
Despite having regular communication, something that is blocking us from achieving certain goals or tasks is our respective busy student lives. All of us have other activities in academics and also in personal life, so it was a challenge for some of us to synchronously meet. However, I’m glad that we were able to rise above that challenge.
We’re almost finished! Our team actively contributed in all the tasks and we all have initiative in doing different tasks. Because of our insights, timely/early inputs, and teamwork, our capstone is nearing its end!
Because of our different class schedules and responsibilities, finding a common time for doing our synch meetings and finalizing our interview questions delayed us for a bit but as a group, we made time to complete our capstone and interview our koach.
One of our greatest strengths is the team’s dedication and collaboration. A strong sense of responsibility and mutual support ensures that everyone actively contributes. While we encountered some delays, our commitment never wavered, allowing us to push through challenges and successfully complete this phase of the process.
The biggest challenge has been time constraints due to academic and personal responsibilities. Despite regular communication, conflicting schedules made it difficult to align for synchronous meetings and finalize key tasks like interview questions. Additionally, unexpected hurdles—such as tight deadlines—momentarily slowed our progress. However, our ability to adapt, our commitment to the project, and our strong teamwork allowed us to navigate these obstacles. By staying flexible and supporting one another, we turned challenges into opportunities for growth, ensuring that we stayed on track and moved closer to our goals.
We’re almost done with our project due to our consistent communication and collaboration. We also followed our planned timeline to ensure that we’ll be done with the project on time.
We took our time in carefully generating insights from our coaching session because we wanted to produce valuable and actionable advice for aspiring leaders. We want our output to truly benefit the leadership journey of our audience.
What’s helping us on our goal is good communication. When we understand each person’s strengths and weaknesses, we can figure out who’s/what best suited for each task. This makes it easier to work together.
What’s blocking our progress is our schedules. We all have personal lives and school responsibilities, which make it hard to align our time. Balancing everything is really challenging for me, as I need to focus on one task and finish it before moving on to the next.

Time constraints and our schedule differences slowed down our progress, but with dedication, I know we can pull this off until the end.

Our communication and participation became the vital component for us to finish our project.
Where did you get stuck? What’s blocking us from achieving our goals?
As the one assigned to creating the pubmat, I often got stuck on my creativity and how I can create harmony between the overall visual of the materials.
In addition, our schedule conflict and time management is a variable that makes it challenging for us to to achieve our goals.
