Let’s face it, minsan hindi lang physical na pagod ang dala-dala natin after a long day.

Mine is definitely laying down in a newly-cleaned bed. Iba yung feeling kapag after a busy day you get to lie down sa malinis na higaan haha

What I usually do is take a long warm bath after a long day. Mahaba yung ligo kasi may mini concert na din. Aside from that, writing down everything can help as a breather. sama ng loob sa prof, write it down. kilig moment with friends, journal it. nilibre ng food ni boss, noted po!
