What’s one boundary you’ve set (or are learning to set) at work to protect your mental health?

“What’s one boundary you’ve set (or are learning to set) at work to protect your mental health?”
(From log-off times to saying no — what’s helping you preserve your peace?)

Truth is, it’s not always the big deadlines or endless meetings that burn us out.
Sometimes, it’s the quiet, everyday pressures we carry without even noticing:

:check_box_with_check: Yung ang dami mong iniisip, pero kailangan magpanggap na “on top of things” ka pa rin
:check_box_with_check: Yung feeling na kailangan laging available at responsive
:check_box_with_check: Yung kailangan magmukhang energetic kahit drained ka na

These are the silent stressors
the ones that weigh heavy, even when we smile through them.

Setting boundaries doesn’t make you less dedicated.
It makes you human. :yellow_heart:

So let’s name them. Let’s talk about them.
Because the more we speak up, the less power these invisible pressures have. :up_arrow:

What’s your silent energy vampire — and what boundary are you learning to set? :woman_vampire::sparkles:

I love this topic! I am being very clear when it comes to work hours. It’s a need lalu na kapag multiple clients. I set a timer for myself and then I stop once done, then proceed to the next task. I needed to discipline myself to do this para magkaroon pa rin ng time for myself and take care of my health - sa daily movement super important sakin. I’m still a work in progress
