In our first week, I was able to reflect deeply on the foundations of effective leadership, especially through the lens of our core values. Understanding Self-Awareness and Empowerment as essential starting points helped me realize that leadership is not just about taking charge — it’s about knowing your “why” and creating space for others to grow. The sessions were eye-opening, and I began seeing how these values show up (or don’t) in my current actions and decisions.
