As someone who has worked in numerous workplaces with different bosses and teammates, I would say that my unique leadership skill is transparency. I make the effort to be clear with what I think can be done based on what I know. I make an effort to not hide things so as they cannot be taken against me.
Of course, this has to be balanced depending on the level of willingness of your boss/team to hear you out. Sometimes, things can just get hectic and you would need to time your feedback carefully. Thus, the temperance to give the comments is also needed.
