I am Swaddy , an emerging Information Systems professional, and a recent graduate from MSU-IIT. I can cook for 10 people every day. I can walk the whole day without feeling tired. I love visiting amusement parks and riding the scary rides!
I am a great listener, contributor, and collaborator.
Some of my key strengths are being detail‑oriented and organized, along with being patient, positive, deadline-focused, and a team player. People I’ve worked with often tell me they appreciate how I naturally validate ideas through research, rather than relying on assumptions. I am optimistic that there are challenges as long as the team has the commitment and genuine willingness to explore and survive the challenges
Preferred schedule for working (which days and time): Every weekday from 9 PM to 12 AM and Weekends from 1 PM to 3 PM or from 9 PM to 12 AM.

On the brighter side, I really enjoy working with data and finding patterns in it, so I’m excited to explore how I can use that here.
As a groupmate, I’d say I’m understanding and empathetic—I listen, adjust, and try to make sure everyone feels supported. If someone’s having a hard time, I don’t mind stepping in to help, since I believe teamwork is about lifting each other up. My strengths are in data tasks, research, and organizing info, but I also like to add a touch of creativity when needed. I’m usually free on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so that’s when I can focus most on collaboration. Looking forward to meeting fellow apprentices and learning together!

As for scheduling, I’m available for meetings during weekend afternoons. I also prefer self-paced work between 7-11 AM on Thursday and 1-3 PM on Tuesdays, but I can adjust and do extra tasks during my vacant time if needed.

For strengths, I’m mostly free in my schedule and I can work in tandem with thesis and OJT, as for preferred schedule I’m mostly free come the afternoons after 5PM til 2AM except fridays or I’m out the house

Multitasking (breastfeeding, grocery shopping online, helping my kid with his math homework, I GOT YOU!)
The ability to sense if someone in the group needs help (is this overstepping? I certainly hope not)
I know when to give praises, support and advices (you wouldn’t know how much as simple as saying “you can do it” would do in a person until you witnessed a toddler holding a hard poop because of the fear of pushing it out then being a master potty the next just because she was told that she can do it) haha!
I am just essentially trying to get back to work to find my path, my ladder or whichever you would want to call it.
