One leadership quality that I truly admire from the leaders that I have encountered before is their pakikipagkapwa at pag unawa with their team members. Although they may be very careful with handling everyone or considerate, they still manage to keep everyone’s hands on deck and still efficiently work on their tasks. Having this quality in a leader for me is what really stands out, being an effective leader while still caring for the welfare of your team.
