Hello Koach Miggy! Since you mentioned that self-awareness is linked to emotional intelligence, I’ve been thinking can we also correlate self-awareness with IQ? For example, do highly intelligent people tend to be more self-aware, or does intelligence sometimes get in the way?

Hi, I agree that self-awareness is important and tough to practice. But, can too much self-awareness lead to indecisiveness? What can we do about this? or Is there such a thing as too much self-awareness?

Hello @Yuri , it’s true that sometimes too much self-awareness may lead to overthinking, so what you can do when you are starting to do this - assess how it affects you, and set limits for yourself. Give yourself time to reflect, but then always ask yourself - “what are my next steps?” and then honor yourself as you take action, remind yourself that progress is always better than perfection. It takes time and practice, but as you go sa journey ng self-awareness and reflection, you will slowly see the positive effects it can give you

Hello @ajhne I am browsing here on our forum and saw this question. Just want to share my thoughts on this, most of the time, IQ is not linked to self-awareness, bec it falls via EQ. Someone might have a very high IQ but still lack awareness on their emotions. When someone masters their IQ and EQ, I believe that’s where real balance happens. and mas may chance din to really embrace your inner talents and skills kasi it will uncover moving forward. Hope this helps!
