  • How did the session on Learning Agility challenge your thinking—and what questions do you have for our Koaches?

I have a question din po! Koach Alice, how will you be able to use FLASH in solving a generational gap? As we know, it has been a serious problem in our country dahil meron mga hindrances when it comes to politics, laws, self-expression, etc. I have been thinking abt creating more spaces for open dialogues. Like, an inter-generational one.

Continuing the discussion from KadaKamp Cohort 10: Leadership Fundamental 1 - Questions on Learning Agility:

Mabuhay! I have one question, po. As a leader, it is undoubtedly a must-have skill to be adaptable to sudden changes and such. However, sometimes, it can get overwhelming, and you may overlook details that may be detrimental to the success of your project. Therefore, may I ask how you can prevent or lessen the tendency to overlook details, no matter how significant they are?

Koach Alice:

This is novel.

Benchmark or research, you can also tap people who did the same
You can list:
**what platforms na nag work with sa different generations, write them down, include kung ano ang effective way to make use of these platforms.
**check if online/physical may work
**other considerations like resources, finance, human resource, etc.

Koach Alice:

Deadlines will tell you when to rush and when to slow down.

  • assess situations based on impact, then prioritize. the goal is NOT to make fast decision, the goal is to make the right decision that is timely.

Hi Brianca. What I do even at work is to WRITE down TO DOS.
Main activity and under it are the items needs to be settled/achieved.
Better is to have timeline also.
If it needs to be delegated, then add also the person’s name & assignment.

Recently, I developed an idea about “buddy system”, it can be with senior leader + newcomer or alumni + newcomer.

Also, you can try to foresee things in advance and list them. Write down “Do’s & Don’ts” to avoid making mistakes.

I hope these helps.
