Hi Leaders! Question of the Week: If your leadership style were a movie genre, what would it be and why? (Are you an action-packed leader? A rom-com collaborator? Or maybe a mystery solver? )
Please introduce yourself! Welcome to those that are just joining our community through KadaKamp, congrats!
Shoutout our Engagement Manager @Vosh for the Question!
Good day! I’m Brytch. My leadership style is like a thriller because it focuses on strategy, quick thinking, and solving challenges. Just like in a thriller movie, where characters must stay alert and make smart decisions, I stay prepared and adapt to different situations. I believe in thinking ahead, staying calm under pressure, and finding solutions to overcome any obstacle.
Good afternoon! I’m Raven, and my leadership style is like a romantic comedy. I like to communicate with others with seriousness and a little bit of humor. I also love to connect or collaborate with them so we can all enjoy doing our work.
Hello everyone! I’m Albert. If I have to pick, my leadership style is like a mystery movie. I like solving complex problems, exploring new ideas, and in general being curious about everything. Like a mystery movie, I always encourage collaboration, curiosity, and engaging everyone while working as a team. It’s all about finding and solving for all the clues to achieve success.
I’m Prince, and if my leadership style were a movie genre, it would be a blend of comedy and drama where learning is both engaging and enjoyable. I believe in creating an environment where collaboration thrives, allowing everyone to interact freely, share ideas, and grow together. My goal is to foster a team that not only builds each other up but also works towards making a meaningful impact in the community.
I’m Vincent, and if I would describe my leadership style as if it were a movie genre, it would be like a documentary show type of movie, since I really tend to lead by example where I want to show to the people that if I can do it, you can do it easily as well. It’s where collaboration starts to gear up and its fun to see them engaging with others as well. That’s all!
I’m Yuri, and if my leadership style were a movie genre, it would be a comedy-mystery one. I like thinking outside the box and exploring new ideas and concepts. I also love creating an open environment where people can collaborate, learn, and have fun.
