Good day! I’m Brytch. My leadership style is like a thriller because it focuses on strategy, quick thinking, and solving challenges. Just like in a thriller movie, where characters must stay alert and make smart decisions, I stay prepared and adapt to different situations. I believe in thinking ahead, staying calm under pressure, and finding solutions to overcome any obstacle.

I’m Vincent, and if I would describe my leadership style as if it were a movie genre, it would be like a documentary show type of movie, since I really tend to lead by example where I want to show to the people that if I can do it, you can do it easily as well.
