Commitment- I was motivated by how my fellow JMEs are committed in this whole volunteer experience. Despite their hectic schedules in work and in school, they still manage to dedicate some of their time doing Kadaworks, always making sure to deliver quality outputs Kudos Cohort 12!

Inspire
Ever since I joined the Kada community, I’ve always been inspired to grow more because everyone here is kind and skilled! Kada is teaching me how to be a better leader (which is to be more kind and empathetic to your team). It’s such a warm and inclusive space that I don’t feel afraid to step up or make mistakes (though syempre bawi pa rin 
). Someday, I’d love to inspire others to volunteer and grow too!
Pakikipagkapwa. It is one of those words that can be interpreted in many ways but somehow for me it speaks not only of the saluhan culture in Kada but also the collaborative element we bring across our teams. I discovered that a workplace does not have to be always have to be competitive as the media shows it to be, but working together works well for the common goal and growth of everyone here in Kada.
