Mahirap magsimula, pero mas mahirap kung hindi mo alam kung saan mo gustong pumunta.
Let’s take career for example: maraming career out there pero mahirap mag-decide kung ano ang “best fit” for you. Kaya humihirap din magsimula at magka-progress. Even here at Kada, almost all of us has experienced that!
Pero don’t worry—may paraan para mas makilala mo pa ang sarili mo at malaman kung anong digital career ang swak sa strengths mo!

Honestly, I think I am a bit of everything. However, lately I’m noticing how much I enjoy being the Problem-Solver. I like decoding things and seeing where it can be improved or fixed. Considering na I am still a bit confused about life and career, ano kaya ang best digital path to explore this?
I think the strengths that I have is being a creative thinker and a people connector. Having new ideas to include within a session or meetings adds up to more creative way of presenting and making the ideas engaging. I also try to connect people along with their strengths as I believe we could create a unique and better ideas, assigning roles and responsibilities according to their strengths also enables us to do the tasks much easier.
I think I’m more of a creative thinker-- since I’ve been really enjoying designing and journaling as a form of relaxation and expression. I have fun creating art! But right now, I’ve been leaning towards data— I want to have that blend of creative thinking with analytical skills. I have been very interested towards a digital path related to data analytics, so I’ll be glad to check your next post!
Hello Anne! Thank you for sharing, I suggest start writing and journaling, look for patterns - it sounds like you’re analytical, and you can use that as you go with your journey. Good luck!
Hello Cielo! Creativity + analytics is a great combi! take it one step at a time. My best firiend is a data analytics expert and she’s doing really great!
Hello @itsmealdrin ! So happy to hear abput your strengths, you know we are in an era of “introverts” so being a people-connector is such an important skill! You can bridge the gap here. Being creative with your words and how you connect people, that’s a perfect mix!
Hi, Koach! I agree. I think I should really get back with journaling. I find myself the most clear-headed when I write down the things in my head. Medyo mahirap nga lang to stay disciplined with it haha
