Discipline

Admittedly, I am someone whose level of discipline needs a lot of improvement. I mean, on certain days, I can just let the day pass by without accomplishing much, then find myself doing 5 tasks on another day. Would anyone have ideas on improving this?

I can totally relate to this! Just yesterday, I was supposed to finish my club work, but I ended up putting it off, and now I’m juggling both my academic tasks and club responsibilities—it’s tough! One thing that’s helped me is using a task tracker. Keeping track of your accomplishments, no matter how small, can make a big difference. When I see that I haven’t done much in a day, it pushes me to get moving and tick off more tasks. It’s like a gentle reminder to stay on top of things. :star_struck:

Also, while everyone talks about time management, energy management is just as important. Some days, you’re simply too drained to be productive, and that’s okay. On those days, try this: identify just one small, non-negotiable task you can do that will make you feel accomplished, even if it’s minor. It keeps you moving forward without overwhelming yourself. Then, give yourself permission to rest—recharge your energy for the next day. Balance is key! :star2:
