Hey, Kada! I’ve been looking for tips on addressing “tenured” co-workers in the workplace. For context, it takes me a super long time to approach a boss for fresh ideas/suggestions due to fear of being shamed or excused. This would help greatly with feedback turnover and nurturing communication!
